| “I am writing to tell you that since my experience with the lasagna burning, I have had 2 other occasions where items have burnt in my oven which upon investigating, we have found that our oven is getting hotter than it should be, possibly the thermostat is not working properly. I am very sorry to have alarmed your company with my incident but at the time, I knew I had followed all of the directions on the box and my oven was set at 350. The lasagna incident was the first time that something went wrong in the oven, as I have had 2 more over-cooking experiences since then I realized that there was something wrong with my oven. I want to apologize for the upset and also thank you for your prompt attention and concern to this matter.”
